Les tops musicaux 2011 de la presse spécialisée

Je trouve leur top 20 plutôt consistant, à quelques exceptions près.
_Clams Casino... vraiment ? Soyons sérieux.
_Atlas sound est surcôté, mais Pitchfork adore tout ce que fait Bradford Cox, donc c'était prévisible.
_Pas écouté EMA, donc je m'abstiendrais de tout commentaire concernant ce choix.
_Real Estate 9ème... ok, c'est bien fait, mais c'est quand même super plan plan et passéiste, sans apporter rien du tout.
_Le OPN m'a laissé songeur. Mais ils sont fans du bonhomme.
_Destroyer est un choix intéressant en seconde position. Je suis partagé de mon côté. J'adore certains morceaux, et le feel de l'album, mais je trouve néanmoins que certains morceaux tombent allègrement dans le mauvais gout et me donnent une poussée d'urticaire. Néanmoins, un choix audacieux et respectable.
_Par contre, l'engouement autour du M83 me dépasse complètement ! Je trouve cet album raté, quelques morceaux intéressants noyés au milieu d'un morceaux insignifiants (M83 est sur une pente descendante depuis ses débuts, à mon avis).

Pour le reste, pas grand chose à dire. Ah si, J.Blake et St Vincent même pas dans le top 10. Ok...même s'ils sont mieux notés que les 3/4 des disques du top 10. En même temps, cela permet de faire des surprises, donc je comprends qu'ils aient fait cela.

Tu m'expliques comment tu fais pour ne pas t'emmêler les pinceaux dans tous ces tops Karras, et ne pas les reposter 2 fois ?

Accessoirement, ça vaut ce que ça vaut, mais en matière de conclusion, metacritic compile un certain nombre de tops de différentes publications et attribue des points selon les places (3 points pour une 1ere place; 2 points pour une seconde; 1 point pour être dans le top 10). Pour avoir un top "global". Il y a actuellement 67 magazines/webzines/journaux/radio/sites type amazon de compilés :

Où l'on voit que PJ Harvey enfonce assez largement la concurrence (Bon Iver étant de façon surprenante assez distancé). Et la 3ème place de Tune Yards, belle performance, pour un disque pas si évident je crois (et très original).

Oui, c'est vrai. Même si ce n'est pas une raison, je ne pense pas que cela changerait la donne d'inclure les tops non anglo-saxons: les mêmes albums sortiraient (en tout cas pour les "lourds", type PJ Harvey) + des albums nationaux (un groupe suédois pour un top suédois, français pour français...) qui n'apparaissent que dans les publications des pays en question.
