Like a star footballer in their mid-to-late 30s, The Dark Side of the Moon is perhaps reaching the end of its commercial value (in terms of physical product). The 50th anniversary box set is like Beckham playing in America or Ronaldo heading off to Saudi Arabia – it's a blatant and transparent exercise in trying to make a lot of money. One last hurrah. "Grab that cash with both hands and make a stash", as the song goes...

Depuis le début de l'année, on a eu plusieurs actus Pink Floyd...
Faut-il ouvrir un topic dédié ou bien rester ici, sachant que c'est pas loin du HS, stricto sensu ?
En attendant :
- Sortie il y a quelques mois d'une partie du Live at Wembley avec les morceaux qui composent l'album darlk side of the moon. Son nom ? The Dark Side of the Moon Live at Wembley 1974. Il était compris dans la box Immersion il y a 10-15 ans de mémoire.
Parallèlement, Dark Side of the moon est sorti en Bluray Dolby Atmos.
Ces disques sont issus d'une box The Dark Side of the Moon 50th Anniversary, avec un nouveau remixage. C'est une bonne initiative de trouver ces deux disques précédents en-dehors de cette box.
- Il y a quelques jours est sorti un double-disque de Atom heart mother, comprenant outre l'album également un blu-ray comprenant une partie de la prestation du groupe au Hakone Aphrodite Festival, d'après deux copies 16 récemment redécouvertes. On a donc sur le disque deux pistes :
